Hey family! In today's video we're sharing some new holiday appetizers with y'all!
Cranberry Meatballs:
Sauce:
1 can jellied cranberry sauce
1 cup sweet chili sauce
1/2 BBQ sauce NOTE: I did end up adding more BBQ sauce, about 1/4 cup
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp siracha sauce
salt & pepper to taste
Meatballs:
1-2 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 eggs
salt & pepper to taste
1/4 cup minced onions
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tablespoons milk
Mix all ingredients for meatballs and roll into small balls. Bake at 350 until cooked through. In a sauce pan mix all ingredients for sauce and bring to a simmer. When meatballs are done add to sauce and let simmer for 10-15 minutes. These could also be made in the slow cooker!
All the other recipes are pretty easy and don't really have a "recipe". You just put the kabobs together with whatever you like and cook until the meat is done. The puff pastry squares are topped with whatever you would like and bake at 350 for 15-17 minutes, until the puff pastry starts to brown on top. You can change them up however you like! 😁💕
