Who made your upper crash bars? Always good to check those items. Good stuff!

Touratech... They have been rock solid, dropped many times and are still symmetrical... shop.touratech.com.au/stainless-steel-crash-bar-extension-for-bmw-f800gs-adventure.html

@@brownies-midlifeadventure5333 I didn’t realize your bike is the adventure model. I have the GS. Mine is the Trophy edition. I purchased the Touratech upper crash bars as well. I haven’t had the fun of dropping mine yet as I was waiting to mount my new tires. I still had the street tires on. I did spend a few hours yesterday breaking the new tires in on some local National Forest roads. Loving this GS.

@@scudrunneradv3269 I'm trying my hardest not to drop mine as it's getting harder to pick up after every birthday... 😅👍

@@brownies-midlifeadventure5333 so scratch that. Finally mounted my new tires( Dunlop Trailmax missions) and decided to take her for a spin through some muddy parts on my farm. Was up on the pegs going through a deep puddle and very slick mud when I bumped it into neutral. Lost momentum couldn’t shift fast enough and down she went. I stepped off gracefully then went face down in it. Picked her up climbed aboard lost my footing and down she went opposite side. Now she’s fully baptized as is my pride.
