Go deep into this breathing practise and you will feel great afterwards. You will be pumped up with oxygenated blood and improved concentration for many hours after!

Tenzin Wangyal, who is performing these exercises, describes them in detail in his book, Awakening the Sacred Body. He stresses that they have a strong meditative quality and are not merely physical movements. There are also two other versions of them, one using only the breath, and the other using visualization.

Amazing to find these Breathing exercises as these are the same exercise that Tibetan Tantric yogi's do whilst on long retreats and had previously been held to be secret

Would you mind sharing more information about these exercises? Can it be considered a complete cycle/practice? Can it be practiced every day? Any risks? Etc.

There is a book of Tsultrim Tenzin called Tsalung and Tummo (in Poland there are several bookshops that sell it, not sure which shop is best for you tbh, quick search shows it's avaialble in english on vajrabookshop dot com). I found very clear explanations of practices and their effects there. This movie greatly fills the gaps I had after reading it (book won't show you how to exactly do the massage etc).

These are described in detail in Tenzin Wangyal's (the man doing the exercises) wonderful book, Awakening the Sacred Body. You can also see his website at Ligmincha.com, where a Zoom course on these exercises is upcoming.

There is a great book on Tibetan yoga - tsalung trulkhor - recently published by Dr Ian Baker. That provides an eloquent commentary on many aspects of these traditions, alongside beautiful imagery. Also it would be worthwhile checking out Dr Nida Chenagtsang's book and teachings on Nejang. Personally, I practice this Bon-based sequence almost daily and am enjoying the deepening awareness.
