You have no idea how many high-tented, lopsided, mis-fitted caps you've helped me with! Now I rock caps like a real "player" and have chics lining up to feed me grapes while I recline and watch MLB TV. In short, I'm no longer a loser thanks to you! 🧢💙 #ManCrush

Congratulations on 5 years! You're definitely an OG in the fitted hat social media space and the first person I found when searching how to do all the special things needed to a fitted: steaming and curving the brim, shaping, stretching and shrinking. Because of your detailed content and my own trials and errors, I owe my base knowledge of how I do it, to you. So thank you for helping me fix all of the "not quite perfect" hats and make them look and feel great. I'm always happy to see a new upload because you are valued and appreciated. Thanks so much!

Very nice YT Channel. I am french and i love The 59fifty fitted, but my fav is the 59fifty retro on field without new era flag logo. Peace ;)
@dreinthe6162 жыл бұрын
I'm also a fan of the retro caps - minimal design with no flag...and thank you for the praise, I really appreciate it!

Congratulations, and thank you for all the time and effort you put into these videos. You said you might branch out beyond 59Fifty-may I suggest Mitchell & Ness? Maybe this is obvious, but I think M&Ns have more rigid, formidable buckram/crowns and visors (probably plastic). Maybe this is sacrilege to M&N enthusiasts, but I’m taming an M&N beast using your tutorials. I wonder if you have any other thoughts on working with M&Ns. Regardless of that, thanks for your work.

That is cool, thank you for sharing the notes... and yes, I am looking at some M&N Fitteds now that they are making more of them these days. Thanks!

Please tell me, here on the model 9 fifty on the clasp there is a dimensional grid as on fitted, from 7 1/8 to 7 7/8, why not on all 9 fifty so.I buy baseball caps in Europe! that is, the marking on the clasp, then it is not there.
@dreinthe6162 жыл бұрын
New Era uses lots of different contract manufacturers, so it is possible those are just coming from different factories. The 9Fifty uses the same sizing material (the plastic band) as the 59Fifty Fitted, so maybe certain factories always use the same labeled sizing band, regardless of the cap model. Thanks for the question.
@baseballcap2 жыл бұрын
@@dreinthe616 There are many models of the new era 9 fifty cooperstown mlb league with patches on the side, here they just don't have a frame mesh on the fastener and they are bought in Topperezstore, but there are mlb league models from new era merchandise genuine with patches on the side, there are just there, but they are bought in Hatstore!

Ever pick up a Mitchell and ness fitted? Also new era just dropped a pretty nice city edition nba collection, almost gave in and got my rockets but I’m not going to pay their new ridiculous costs
@dreinthe6162 жыл бұрын
M&N - plan to try one soon, and on the City Edition, I was thinking at least New Era did not reach the even-more-ridiculous prices that they hung on the just released "Kingdom" collections - $55.99 - no chance I'll be paying that for a cap! Thanks

what do you think of all the crazy embroidery going on in fitteds lately? lol
@dreinthe6162 жыл бұрын
Too much for my taste - but I'm definitely more of a minimalist - a strong front logo is usually my favorite type of cap... and I was one of the many who didn't want to see the NE flag added to the on-fields. Thanks for the question!
