Max, this is a MASSIVE 🏠🏡!! It reminds me of a Victorian House, like in the series Dowton Abbey!! It so majestic and so roomy!! The View is just magnificent!! The rooms are very huge, comfortable and warm!! The artistry and the desigs are fantastic!! You don't have to worry abut the lack of Bedrooms and Bathrooms, because there are plenty of them!! The Patio is completely different, its open space!! The Laundry Room is completely stunning!! Its just a gorgeous house 🏠🏡!! Max, you definitely out did yourself on this one of a kind home!! Saying a seven figure house is vague, why not mention the actual cost? Bathrooms with vanity sinks and mirrors of no storage I don't like(personally don't like vanity sinks). Calling those closets walk in is laughable but I get it. Never understood why formal dining rooms are far away from the kitchen(in this situation it's not needed because the island has seating in there's a dining room next to it. The positive is that I love the architectural details/ the hard wood floors and the unfinished basement. It's a beautiful house that would need changes I have to make and a few people to fill it up with love.

For that price they need to finish out that basement because they have no pool no hot tub so they for that price need to finish this house to make it a house for that price or knock off the price to only be the price take the six figures at the end of the number one at the front of price I’m serious 😊😊😊😊

This is one of the most popular subdivisions in Central VA and that is something that people are willing to pay a premium for. Pools are not very common in Central VA and most homes in this price range do not have them as a result. There is a community pool in the neighborhood however. Thanks for tuning in !
