You’d be surprised how well it holds up. If you have pets - that’s where the damage happens. Their claws & accidents. Their water bowl area is where the damage happens. That’s a never ending battle to keep dry.

I like real wood burning fireplace no gas or electric fireplace that is a yuck 🤮 this house could have upgraded chandeliers that are ceiling fans make it look more Victorian and vintage when they staged this house they should have considered that Amazon sells them Home Depot sells them 😊😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢
