This 30-minute yoga class is a steady paced yet energizing full body flow. The holds aren’t long and the flow isn’t fast, but this class includes a little bit of both. A 5-minute warm-up emphasizes a variety of stretches for the shoulders before moving into spinal movements and strengthening. The first part of class mixes stretches with core strengthening and then moves into a short flow. While the flow moves you around on your mat in all directions, the poses are familiar poses, such as twisted lunge, warrior two, side angle, prayer squat and chair. There are not many balancing postures in this class, but you will visit a variety of plank and chaturanga variations. Enjoy!
