Thank you Dean for explaining this again. I don't understand why people still give this a thumbs down when you couldn't have explained it any easier then this. I'm going through this with my own channel that is also focused on Car Audio and I appreciate you alot for taking the time to make this. These dudes just don't understand the late ours of editing just to share information with everyone.

Thank you very much! I was juggling with different sizes on eBay and trying to guess from a couple of other clips and losing my time as I don't want to spend a budget over a gamble (however educated can it be: on my part it was a validation)... Your clip is truly the most welcome, comprehensive/accessible... But most importantly, an essential must see for anyone who doesn't have such experience to guess without a chart. Thank you.

Dean, you should have re-iterated that you need a hot knife to cut this stuff or it will fray like crazy. A lot of people don't realize that.

Thanks. I’m using 10 gage for my light bar. 1 red and 1 black. Knowing the 3/8” I bought will work for two 10 gage wires is great. I did also get. 1/2” so maybe I’ll need it one day but I might have to get a 1/4” also for individual 10 gage wires.

Incredibly helpful video. Do you prefer to run RCAs through sleeving? I've got 3 pairs to run to the trunk area of a Scion tC, wondering if sleeving would be beneficial.

Good evening Dean. Please keep up the great work that you do on your videos. My question is this. What are the pros and cons of using braided sleeving compared to split wire loom and tesa tape, when running power cables, rca's and remote turn on power wires? Is it that it is recommended to run power cables in braided sleeving then slip it into split loom and then tesa tape it? Regards and thanks, Randy in Trinidad and Tobago in the Caribbean.

Video was really helpful. I'm thinking the paracord will be the main color, but it seems the Techflex goes on top, IT(techflex) becomes the Main color and the Paracord is the Highlight kinda.

I'm hoping to create an ethernet snake with three cables inside. And I would prefer not to have to re-terminate the cables if possible. What size would you recommend for that? Not sure what gauge an ethernet cable would be considered. Just guessing from the video, I would say one cable is 8 gauge. I don't care about the color showing as my cables are black also.

So if I’m just running a red and a black wire for let’s say a light bar, the 3/8” is the right size?

I came here to know what length of a sleeve I need to buy in order to put them over cables of various sizes. The thicker the cable the shorter the sleeve becomes as it expands sideways. Can you tell me the combination (based on per meter of cable)
