Really loving you showing the tests so we can determine our specific problems! Ive been trying so many different things for my collapsed arch on just one side and subsequent knee issues on that side

Hi Zac! Very helpful video! Just wondering if you could clarify this for me, please and thank you: if hip/femoral ER is paired with knee flexion, and hip/femoral IR is paired with knee extension, if someone is limited in everything, why is it that you would focus on hip ER and knee extension first (if hip ER and knee flexion are paired)? If someone has hyperextended knees, limited knee flexion, and limited ER & IR at the hip (but more limited IR than ER), would you focus on knee flexion and hip ER first, or knee flexion and hip IR first? Thank you so much! Going to try this with some clients this week.

How would you start if non of the assessments show limited ER/IR, but there is still knee pain?
@AbbsJrАй бұрын
Its more than likely that you are doing the assessments in a faulty manner, these test measure relative motion which is fairly intricate measurements. I would advise doing an online consultation to fix that

Hi Zac, I’ve been following your latest ribcage video and realised that my Rectus-damn-near-killed-us-abdominus is incredibly tight - been doing your advised exercises, but as I breathe slowly into the area it still feels very taught / like a brick wall. Will this start to chill over repetition & time? Also I have very tight right obliques and right rotator cuff, your ribcage video helped me understand where to first start (anterior lower) which is as I said very tight, could my right rotator cuff & right obliques not be chilling because I haven’t addressed my anterior lower first?
@ZacCupplesPTАй бұрын
I would not recommend trying to breathe into specific areas. Just let it happen and go slow 5 count in, only move 75% effort. And possibly re: anterior lower

I was born with a leg discrepancy; my left leg is 1-2 inches shorter than my right. Whenever I workout, my knee hurts and I'm getting bruises. Is there a way it can still be fixed?

You can't change the anatomy, but have had good results improving movement with this. Check out this video - kzbin.info/www/bejne/iYfJcqapfM57Y8k
