Thank for not talking for ten minutes before you start the routine. I don’t mind it if there is an actual sponsorship (I get this is income for some) but sometimes people just chat about breakfast and stuff and I don’t have time for that! 😃

Hi rachel, i hope you read this, i have request for you, can you considering to do 10 minutes stretch for cool down or stretch before bed ? Btw I'm glad I found your stretch video and thanks to you i've done the split stretch many times and it improve to few inches above the ground :)) hope you can understand me since english is not my first language ❤️ From Indonesia
