This was me a year ago when I broke my toe. You can totally work out on a chair, don't get discouraged. When I could get to the floor, I started doing pilates; very healing and keeps you strong! Good luck!

Thankyou so much i am doing this exercise while on my periods bcoz my stomach hurts like help so i can't do my workout but this help me to do easily and continue my workout after periods without stopping

Thank you for this, I injured my foot a month ago and have had to stop HIIT workouts and running for now and it is hard. After seeing this video I realised that I didn't have to stop everything and there was still things I could do. I feel your pain.

just broke a foot and this workout is my only hope now. it's a shame you don't have any more injury friendly workouts (that's how obsessed i am with your workouts). hope you're feeling better and doing what's best for you!
