fix this by only building north-south belts along one of 20 meridians that form a continuous grid line all the way from pole to pole

The issue about parallel tracks is that even ifu put an assembler right next to a 3 track, itll still say its to far. idk why its upsetting

the belts may be ignoring the grid to make straight lines but the machines can't ignore the grid except to rotate 90 degrees at a time (except miners.) (and maybe all machines and I'm too nuub to know.)

Fix it by never building belts in that direction

Are those belts still useable though? I thought inserters have issues with diagonal belts, hope I'm wrong.

in particular scenario they do work. But I know what you mean when you get really close to poles, sometimes belt is half the length too far or too close then they cant connect the sorter.
