On my ls1 turbo i run my drain into the timing cover , which is right near the pickup so that's why i have mine draining into there

Y'all know that recess drilled out is to allow clearance for oil pump bolts right ? Definitely not an optimum spot ! Oil pan return above oil height in line with a main cap is correct method.

This is also the way I did it but now I got to figure out what fitting will clear the crank pulley, what did you use?

I did this for single turbo setup, but the an 90 fitting I have hits the balancer. What fitting did you use?

For twin turbo set up do you think it’s fine to drain both lines into one single line connected by a T fitting and into oil pan instead of drilling two holes since I already have one made and don’t want to take off oil pan again

Yea should be fine as long as the hoses are sloped downward and the hoses are large.

If your turbos are high could I drain into the valve covers possibly??

Fix or Fab yep works as well for my twin turbo set up I did a t fitting and been working great no problems at all should be the same dumping into valve covers

Is there a problem if the drain is lower than the oil level in pan?

This is not below the oil level. But I have seen where people will drain it into the oil plug... I would imagine that would be ok due to pressure equalization. Haven’t tried it tho.
