The problem I’m having is the white part on the side where the gears are gets the gears stuck, but the spinner has to move that white part, but it gets stuck in the gears so I need help please

glad I found your video, thanks for sharing, I followed and repair my unit, my little one not sure what she did but one of the tiny sprints that goes in the spin mechanism was detached, it was very tricky to attach back, I use captan tape on one side to fix it while moving the other spring leg to its position... wondering how they build it in production lines...

2 springs popped out of the middle circle piece. Do you know where that needs to be purity back to?

yes it seem missing a spring on center circle piece (spindle) ... i cannot send an image link but on 3:48 second it visible near thumb and index fingers, on the opposite side there should be another spring. I know this because I disassembled my disc player and the 3:48 spring is in place, while I found another identical small spring scattered around the chassis. There are two things: either this spring is not needed, or I have a version of the PS5 slim disc player with two springs on the spindle (center circle piece)

I know I’m late but got one for Christmas and popped a disc in and now it won’t come out I’ve tried getting it out by unscrewing it but now no disc will go in

What size tools do you need foot for unscrewing the dispatch stuff I'm on that part but can't get the last two screws out using the tools I have

You only need Phillips # 1 screwdriver and it should work
