Follow up with a 'finishing polish'... what exactly is a finishing polish that he uses and how is it different to the compound??
@deanoh64142 ай бұрын
Compound has bigger cutting "solids" in the paste. It will feel slighty gritty between the fingers. A polishing compound less so and less cut brings up the mirror shine more. For sake of ease (and making this reply short) Meguiars Ultimate COMPOUND followed by Ultimate POLISH. But to be honest there are many good compounds that start aggressively and then break down during the process to refine the polish so you can it with with just one compound. Sonax, Menzerna even TurtleWax have offerings. Google is your friend.

If there is even one person who tried it and worked, you can pierce my nose with a needle. If you apply too little paint, it will come off after the polishing; if you apply more paint to fill the chips then removing the excess paint is a mathafucka; dont try it with a drill. Just let the next owner deal with it...
