Good one Zax, love that you covered this as I think it definitely covers me. When I stand straight and rether neutral I have more shoulder internal rotation external rotation, therefore does this mean my ribcage is more in a flexed position so its in a more inferior positioning rather than superior one, also does this imply I am bilateraly in a more exhaled position?

Another bizarre set of exercises I’ve never, EVER seen advocated by any Physiotherapist or indeed any person on KZbin. I’m convinced this fella is making these exercises up as he goes along & is taking the piss out of everybody.

Wrong. Plenty of professionals in this field are promoting similar type of exercise to help with movement deficits. To name a few Connor Harris bill Hartman David grey etc
