Zac is the man. Seriously, there is NO ONE online who is as thorough and clear at explaining how to both assess and correct mobility limitations & imbalances. I'd been hoping you would post this same format for shoulders ever since i found your "Fix 90% of Hip Peoblems" video. Thank you!

I had shoulder issues for 8 years, before realizing it was the dorsal nerve impingement. I got a hydrodissection (solution was a mixture of glucose, water, steroids). The solution is inserted near the nerve to create space. I immediately felt better, and now that I can, I am rehabbing the muscles. The hydrodissection is a new technique, its pretty much the only thing that I found online that can work for a serious nerve issue.

Zac, when i do the side lying activities and keep my head neutral i do not get as much relaxation as when i do them with my head/neck slightly extended, like the cpr position. Do you still coach that/approve of that? I don't see you coach that in side lying activities as much anymore. Learned it from you initially 👀

After the excercise my range of motion is at least 10 cm of internal rotation can almost touch my lower side of the scapula. So I can honestly say the excercises work Thq

Hey zac I have been following your techniques and I got great improvement , my range of motion have significantly improved , but the only thing that is affecting me is my rotator cuff my right supraspinatus is very weak , do u have any drill to make them stronger.

Hey Zac, With the excercise on min 10 is the idea that you trie to reach with each outbreath further and is it ok that the shoulders come of the ground ? Thq

can you do your arm bar video without a kettle bell? I worry about my patients dropping it on they're face ...can you use a band, dumbell or no weight and still be effective? txs Zac!

So when i do the Archey-manning exercise is it normal to feel a ton of core engagement? My core literally shakes throughout my breathing.

I've had bilateral bursitis for over 15 years; I doubt that a 'fix' is going to happen in 30 days. I'm in pain 100% of the time and every single rehab exercise that I've tried, causes major flare ups.

Sorry to hear that. I also experienced sth símilar for a couple of years and Zacs exercises helped me and my family. My mum actually loves the hella stiff breath sequence. Give that a try

The video suggests substituting books for yoga blocks. I don’t think the video mentioned what to use to support the head during the hella stiff exercises .

30 days? yeah if you are just a little hurt, it takes 2-4 months to make a person feel better with str exercises, but they are good, and u should go until failure with light weight!
@mariusle3385Ай бұрын
By common sense u would know everyone is different, the 30 days is just a number u obviously have to adjust it to your personal need
