Hey Martin, can you make a video on groin strengthening? This area between my adductor and quad feels like it’s stretched whenever I do explosive movement with my legs😢
@Toast2005
@Toast2005 7 ай бұрын
Lunges and Bulgarian split squats. These actively target the abductor. Also make sure to stretch the region. This can be done via lunges without weights and opening and closing the gate stretching movement if you know what that is. Also another good stretch is sit down on the floor and put the bottom of your feet together and bring then as close to your ass as possible and push down your legs. It's a crazy stretch

Thanks for this Martin. By the way, should i alternate muscle groups in a workout - Example : For a Push Day, should i do one muscle group first then, another movement targeting another muscle or should i do one muscle first, then the next? Seen both ups and downs side and not quite sure what to do.

Mario, what is your opinion on the kelso shrug, I hear it's more effective to target the traps because shrugging backwards aligns with more of the trap fibers than a standard upwards shrug.

Function of the Supraspinatus isn't early stage abduction. It's recruited at the same levels as other RC muscles during abduction and significantly then the deltoids that are the primer movers.
