Great tips! I unfortunately got my shoulder injured from a dive by landing with my elbow first into the ground. I still have sharp pain in my shoulder almost 5 weeks later! Really want to get back into the net. I just saw your video on how to high dive safely and really should train more to practice those tips! Also, Rectrix, from Thailand.

But i have one problem that is how to deal with anger.For ex whenever somebody scores against me during match i just burst out on my teammates (specially the defenders). Thanks for following this online journey of mine. I appreciate it. Believe it or not but I used to have the same problem. Today, I'm much more calm. I guess it comes with age. I still have moments where I get really angry, but not often. I mean, it's a difficult thing to change because it has a lot to do with your personality. On one side, nobody wants a keeper who doesn't say anything, and on the other side, nobody wants a keeper who should ALL the time, especially if it's negative. If I was you, I would constantly remind myself to try and be positive. Count to 5 before you say anything after conceding. And when you do, try to say it in a more calm manner. I hope this helps but I'm not 100% sure how to work on this. I guess it comes with age.

How do you know when to rush out

Hey man! Did you watch the entire video? If you have defenders in and around the strike, most of the time, you should stay, trust your position and reflexes. As a rule of thumbnail, you should only go out when you manage to get to the ball before the striker or close enough that the chance of scoring is less than if you stay. Hopefully, you understand what I mean when you watch the video.

@@callumararity7857 Hey mate. Yes. When I do these give aways, they typically last a week. So the winner is "announced" roughly one week after the video is released. In this case, the winner didn't want his YT or IG handle to be public on my channel, and I of course have to respect that. But he promised to send an image of him wearing the gloves with a blured face, and I'm still waiting for that. I'll post it in the community and on IG when it's ready 🙏
