Great video. I noticed the amazon link brought up the D1S bulb and my Denali as well as the one in the video takes the D3S bulb. You need to scroll down the page to pick that bulb type. They say the D1S will not work properly.

Hi Danny thanks again. My bulbs came in today. A slight difference on my passenger bulb was the connecting wire was so short that I had to remove the connector first before I could get the bulb out of the enclosure. I also popped the plastic screws off the shroud that covered the area and peeled it back. Your video was a great help!

What do you think about changing the stock HID bulbs for led? Is it worth the money?

The bulbs listed in the video description are so inexpensive it would be best to just use them...unless the ballast is bad and you can’t simply repose the bulbs

Are the DMEX bulbs still working for you? Would you still recommend them? Thinking about getting LED since there are many of them on the market that are plug and play but not sure if it’s worth the extra price and don’t want to mess anything up with the factory setup either. Thank you.

Do you plan on installing a cold air intake on your yukon? If not just curious why?

Personally, Without a tune for the car the cold air intake won’t be a big enough change to be worth the money. I had a friend lose gas milage when we installed one. More power usually means less fuel economy. I’m satisfied with it for now how it is and not having to worry about water or anything get into the engine. I have them on my Mustangs but that’s more important to me for power and I don’t drive them in the weather
