Greetings from South Africa, Coach. Thank you very much for this. I would love to see more of these no impact exercise versions that target whole body. I've been diagnosed with hip, lower back and neck issues (Job-related). I appreciate the no-no sense approach to your videos, and especially your videos that emphasizes on proper form. I really struggle with core exercises (due to lower back pain) and would love to see what you can come up with (or suggest) for this for absolute beginners like myself. Otherwise, I believe that your channel is super for those of us that prefer at home exercise.🙏
