Really helpful just what I need. The YTW made me ache which told me that I haven’t been moving enough. The ache in my shoulder blades wore off after a couple of days.

These videos are so motivating they keep me moving and coming back for more. Right now I'm in PT healing spine, hip, sciatica, shoulder, neck, and piriformis issues. Yes, it's alot but Life gives us alot to overcome so we feel stronger everyday. Keep growing!

Ive done it mostly every day and here is the result. It did help to a degree and I have less pain but more needs to be done to fix it if the pain is cronic. More strength exercises needs to be added to make this work I think. Thats what ill try now with this workout as well. In short, it works and will help. Try it youself :)
