That was the most informative and positive way to fix a very miserable situation. Thank you very much 👍

My mother (73) and I (42) were able to do this with minimal issues in about 3 hours! To be honest, she mostly dithered in the doorway while I did the heavy lifting :) Thanks for an excellent step-by-step; not the easiest repair I’ve undertaken but your video walked me through it!

Well done. Simple and straight to the job just like all your others. Lubricating the bellows and pulling the outer spring along the face of the machine were great tips.

I followed his video for a dryer repair and now for a washer "boot" replacement. He is thorough and clear. I could not have done it without this step by step video. He is hands down my favorite repair person to help me out. The two hardest parts were getting that rubber thing into the right grooves on the inside of the washer and that hellish spring contraption on the front. Comes off easy enough, but really hard to get back on. Thanks for the excellent excellent video. I have two screws left. Sigh.

I just had to do this job this past weekend and followed this video step by step as I didn't want to miss anything and didn't want to have to have to stumble through the replacement on my own. Could have done it without a video but this was extremely helpful. Thanks for the excellent video.

Thanks for the video! Took me the whole afternoon, but got it done. The hardest part was getting the main ring back together. My wife held one side in place while I stretched the spring onto the hook.

How cow that seems like a lot of work to get that thing out!

OMG what a pain in the butt!...one has to basically take apart the whole washer to change a simple part! Even more fun if one has a stackable set in a closet! Shame on the engineers for this! Calling my appliance tech
