Fixed - Sunroof leaking into the footwell of my 2009 Mini Cooper

Idiot - I accidentally blew the rubber connection off the sunroof drain. Water was leaking into the driver side footwell. Found the connection and fixed the leak.

I’ve got this same deal on the passenger side. Can’t get the wire down the tube. Must be kinked like you show in the vid. Thanks for posting.

Where does the other end of the drain come out? never mind saw it at the end of the video, just want to make sure its going outside, my rubber connection wasn't off but I had water dripping through the airbag cap on the side pillar and have a lot of water under the carpet, I dread pulling the seats out and all that but I hear it wont dry otherwise, lights were turning on and off so I had to disconnect the battery, cleaned out the Foot well module but I think there are diodes to ground wiring that might be wet. thanks for your video.

It comes out behind the front wheel in the wheel welll or just below it.

Yeah, I had all that because the water got into the side fuse box. A heater on low helps with the drying. Just be careful in not setting your car on fire.

I have no idea where the drain would be located on a convertible. The drain is used for sunroofs

I have not seen that code. I tried looking it up for all the different error codes for a Mini and did not come across any codes for that number.
