Fixing a Crystal Red 2DS That Won't Turn On (easy fix)

I was trying to figure out why this Omega Ruby style Nintendo 2DS wouldn't turn on. The solution ended up being relatively simple. I was getting the flashing blue light but no popping noise that a lot of people get.
