This video was right on time, I was working on shoulder and arm movement earlier this morning. I think mine is more so frozen shoulder or weakness because my unaffected shoulder tries to help the affected shoulder when I try to lift the arm. or move the shoulder. I have to work on isolating the muscle more. This will take many daily reps. I would suggest documenting your experience and report your findings to your doctors and therapist, so they can devise a plan for you. The arm is a different ball game than the leg, the brain has to work a lot harder to use the arm. Try to use it as much as possible. Close doors, carry a tray, etc. even if you have to use the unaffected arm to assist. Keep trying.

A light colored top might make it easier to keep focused on which arm is the involved arm

What if you can’t move your hand and the hand wants to only close to wear I have to force it open . My arm is hanging and I hurt to move😢

They inflated my shoulder capsule with saline (enough to pop it!), which did seem to help with the frozen shoulder thing. With proper physio follow up I think it would have helped more, but I had my stroke as the second wave of covid was sweeping the UK, so all my initial treatment was about 3 months delayed, which I suspect didn't help.
