This video worked!!! I've had my printer for about 13 years. I moved 3 years ago and had it in a box and just took it out and it was giving me the 'clear the jam' error but there was no jam. I did every tip this video said and it worked!

Got it. This video is very helpful...the printer needs to be connected directly to the wall. Not a power strip. Or it won't work right. It's not like every other printer.

I have the same printer/scanner all in one d110a....it will print a test page just fine...but when I try to scan something or copy something, a bunch of colored streaks show up...it's never done this before...I had it in the closet for a while....I've cleaned the glass and the lid...and even installed it all over again...and still get the streaks ...HELP please!!!

funny, because my printer will either say that there's no paper in it when I try to print, or it will pull a paper through without printing anything on it saying both that there's no paper in it, or that there's a paper jam... I HATE THIS PRINTER

my printer jammed then I cleaned the roller taking little pieces of paper and then I turned on again and it printed one page then it started to make noises i check the front door and i found a little piece of metal gear what a hell this printers are suck a piece of trash

I just spent an hour trying to get this piece of shit to print 1 page...it finally did print, but it was crooked on the paper...garbage...I dont expect much out of a printer...just print, I dont expect it to make bacon and eggs for breakfast for me, I have a frying pan for that...just print...not jam every page and use a set of ink cartridges to print 13 partial pages and then one kinda good one...that works out to about $40 a page to print..."Hey HP...you listening???
