I'm not surprised that this is an April Fools video. Like how you really fix Mario Kart 7's retro tracks is to replace an N64 track with a GBA track to make things balanced. The GBA track that replaces an N64 track can be my real Sunset Wilds or swapped Cheep Cheep Beach and Luigi's Mansion to put Broken Pier. For DS and Wii, you fix it by replacing tracks that have no excuse with a better track, like replacing Peach Circuit with Riverside Park. For 7 and 8, you fix it by making it balanced. For the Wii U DLC, you make it balanced by having 1 track from every Mario Kart game that hasn't been remade before. Like replacing (SNES) Rainbow Road with a Bowser ('s) Castle track.

You also replace Boston Building with Cheep Cheep Beach because it’s dumb to have 2 Luigi tracks in the same cup. Then, you put GBA Bowser Castle 1 at the end of the Shell Cup, since it has a more climactic atmosphere that fits for the ending track of a beginner cup.
