You are amazing! I've lost count how many times I've had to rip my brioche all the way back to the beginning .... aaaaaaagh 😜 I will try your method. You are an angel, thank you 💖

Oh no, Angela, I'm sorry you had rip back on your brioche! I have every confidence that you can fix this, please keep me updated and thanks so much for your kind feedback. ❤️

Thank you Suzanne. My biggest horror has been having to undo the BrRsl dec. That has what has caused all my calamities. I've finally (FINALLY 😜) taken a mental step back, calmed the panic button and reverse engineered the "undoing" instead of madly ripping it apart and starting over. Maybe you could do a video about that? I'm sure it would help so many beginner Brioche dummies like myself lol 🤣😂

Amazing, Suzanne. I was recently bitten by the two color brioche bug after over 50 years of knitting and I am hooked. Thank you so much for demonstrating the deconstruction. I do use lifelines, however, I’ll be watching and rewatching this video. Whenever I realize I’ve made a mistake in my brioche, I mark it and set the work aside for the next morning. Never attempt the repair that night - wait until the next morning over coffee 😅

You are a lifesaver! I've spent the last 2 days fretting over my first brioche project that I neglected to put a lifeline in. Was on the verge of ripping out the whole thing when I found your video. I'm back on track and have a lifeline in place. Thank you SO much! Wonderful directions and so easy to follow!

I don't comment on most things I watch on KZbin but this video has been a life saver for me. I was seriously wondering how to rip back 425 stitches without losing everything. So pleased that this technique is quick and works. Thank you!

I had an error waaay below and had to rip out 20 or so rows. The error wasn't fixable by just dropping a few stitches. So I inserted the DPN through all loops one row above the target row and just ripped the yarn out :) I missed 2 stitches with my needle and got the ones below, but that was no problem as I used your technique to tink one more row.

Oh no, it is no fun to have to rip out so many rows; happy that you were able to utilize my technique to help! 😊

Suzanne you are brilliant!!! I so wish I had seen this video a week ago. I have now started my brioche cowl 6 times... I just finished the plain "regular" brioche... I'm getting ready to start increases and decreases. Hopefully I will not need this :-)

Great video! Unfortunately I had a mis-crossed decrease below other decreased stitches. Is there a way to repair the mis-crossed decrease if above it are more decrease stitches? Just curious for future reference! I ended up tinking back 30 rows to reknit it :( but great tip on how to tink two rows at a time!

Do you have a video on how to add in a brioche increase. I forgot to increase 18 rows back
@SuzanneBryan4 жыл бұрын
That is more difficult and will most likely show in your work. In this instance, I would drop back the 18 rows. Sorry.
