Favorite part is definitely seeing their attention to detail. Their VIN mask off is the cleanest I've seen. We need more guys in the industry like that. Also, excellent choice on the swing arm color. I have the exact same color on my '89 KX500 :).

The best part of the frame powder coat process is simply the attention to detail. They put out a product oozes with pride, quality and craftsmanship

I never realized some powders changed color like that when you added a clear! When It first came out that baby blue color I was thinking someone messed up the color they had in the gun! Super sick walk though as always man

I'm loving the colours of the frame and swing arm. It's a true sign of the quality of the work that Dean's guys do. Masking off and preping parts makes such a difference to the finished product. 👌

Killing another video! All the parts came out amazing! The silver looks so clean even better then stock. How do they know what color to mix with what color to get another color ??? Simply amazing work. Attention to detail at its finest.

Thank you, Cory! cool thing is you can pick the color out online, on the prismatic powders website. They have these little samples with videos so you can see how they change color in the light. I knew right away This was the color I needed to pick.

I won one of the Decal Works/MX Revival t shirts so don't include me in the drawing but, to me, seeing in come out so not blue then seeing it after the clear coat ounce it was heated, totally blew me away. The colors you chose are just the best Charles! You rock bro!!

Frame looks great. It really shows how the right tools make the whole process so much easier. Going to have to get myself a clam blast cabinet. Prismatic powders are amazing. They lay down and flow out so nice. The end result quality/color/appearance is so much better than some other powders. My CR500 frame came out so good with their version of fighting red. Its great that you have a shop like this close by. Cant wait to see the cerekote video.

Thanks dude! Yes, Dean and the crew are absolute studs. I love that clamshell cabinet too. Reminds me of a gang box on the job site. Ha ha. Thank you for watching.!

I was pumped to see the swingarm powder coated, I figured you would of just vapour blasted it. The perfect coverage I think is better!
@mxrevival2 жыл бұрын
This definitely ended up being the right call… at a glance. It’s hard to tell that it isn’t vapor blasted and clear coated, but like you said... the full coverage looks great and it’s really uniform. Honestly it save me about eight hours of work as well so I’m happy about that.
