Working again on a Saturday in the Michigan oil fields when you release another video! Lol. On my way to work this morning, and Charles, I almost had to pull over, you me choked up. I just wanted to thank you. That's so metal of you man to shout us out! Your going to blow Jacob away when he hears you. I know that my sister would be stoked as well! We both rode our IT 175 growing up so she would appreciate what you have done and do. My family and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Gonna have some pep in my step today for sure! Metal gets it done! So crank the jams up!!🤘 As far as the rims I think either OEM look really because of the theme you have going on or maybe like a curve ball to it. Black rims?? OEM with the OEM hubs. The blue is correct to the frame and the OEM hub will contrast the rims and match the engine. IMO the only real reason to vapor blast is due to your OCD. It will look killer without the extra steps with the vapor blasting.

I'm a sucker for the oem look so that's my vote. I think the aluminum would look even better with the blue frame. On the new bikes I feel like all of the aluminum blends together so it would look sweet to use that color as an accent against all of the sick powder coat

When you were talking about making your wheels pop it reminded me of watching Ryan Hughes race supercross way back in the day and I swear it looked like he had chrome spokes the way his wheels/spokes were sparkling under the stadium lights. It just looked super factory. I don’t think they were chromed but he was def running brand new polished up wheel sets. Different color combos have all been done before and that’s all cool but I’ve never seen someone with legit chromed spokes in 37 years of riding. Might sound weird but it’d probably make those wheels pop like you were looking for. Who knows, if it turns out badass you might start a trend and if not it’d be easy enough to put the reg stuff in. P.S. Having the frame hangers chromed and the shiny part of the head super polished would and maybe a couple other small parts would tie in nicely with chromed out spokes in my worthless opinion. ✊😜

First off to Jacob and Albert, I’m sorry you goes are going through such a tough loss. I’m kind of in the same boat and lost my mom 4 months ago to liver cancer that came out of nowhere and took her. I know it’s hard every time you guys think about them but I’d bet anything your parents/sister would want you guys to 1. take care of each other and 2. look forward and make the most out of every opportunity that comes your way and 3. work hard to be the best people you can be. I think we’ll be doing something similar just using all of the OEM parts… I would need a different set of spokes for the SMP hub-to-excel, and ideally will keep one wheel set complete so I can sell it 😎
