Thanks! I thought it was a problem with the rollers, but I did the steps one by one - it turned out that a paperclip appeared the second time I looked in the input tray - after I checked the bottom. I'm glad I followed all the steps.

AWESOME! I had gone to the website support and done everything suggested, but it didn't mention the cleanout tray underneath the unit! I would have sworn in court that there was nothing inside the thing, but there was a large hairband down in the cleanout tray. I wish I'd have found this video a month or so ago, so I wouldn't have had to be printing things at work, LOL! Thank you!

Found out it was a bloody drawing pin!! Little sod had gotten stuck and now I can't get it out at all but I've managed to somehow move it and it prints fine but it's still stuck, however!
