Hi Catherine. I place a sandwich bag and elastic band over my wellies so as to keep creepy crawlies out!! I am not good with spiders ;) I am always full of admiration at the jobs you tackle yourself. I am handy but you go above and beyond. Scammers are rife now. I too am afraid to click anything or open unknown emails. There seems no end of people who would take from others (usually those that can afford to lose the least) to enrich their own lives.

Hello...Glad your dental surgery went well. Next....cob web in any shoe or boot requires a good stomping shaking your boot down BEFORE putting your foot in...I cringed, waiting for a spider to chomp on your toes. I agree with the others for the green algae, dawn dish & vinegar works well. So satisfying to watch someone do something in their yard..spraying down the windowsills, is like a jump on some spring cleaning. I am in Michigan & we still have snow. Most likely until April at least. Thanks for sharing another video.

God was extra generous handing out chubby cheeks that day, that's the sweetest thing I've heard in a very long time 🥰 I'm 64 and took the wood shop class in high school, I absolutely loved the lathe. I'm sure you're going to have a grand time in your class. We viewers can also report the comment from our own comment left on the video. I report them, but I'm sure it probably doesn't matter much, just makes me feel good I report them.

Hi Catherine, there’s a product called Algon that you spray on and leave, the item looks cleaner within a few days but it continues to work over time to keep the item clean for up to a year. It’s advertised for patios and paths but I’ve successfully used it on painted garden sheds so should be fine on your chairs. It’s safe for pets and wildlife even when it’s still wet 😃

Appreciated the ceiling painting.. I had many leaks from a Hurricane. It was raining sideways and came in all the roof vents. We too had to use the stain primer to get rid of them. Its Algae and a weak bleach solution and scrub the wood with a dish brush or a water and vinegar solution should work but nothing is long lasting as long as it damp and low light and cool. Once weather warms up and the humidity lowers it halts the growth of it. I live in the west coast of scotland and have white tiles on my paths and patio and they show the algae growth during winter but a quick scrub down with bleach and a mop down after with plain water gets rid of it for awhile. Come the summer its not an issue.
