Fixing This Big Ass Van!

On today's episode I'm replacing the left front structure on this big ass Chevy Express Van. Luckily the engineers at GM made some sectioning procedures to make replacing this stucture much easier. Check out how it's done!

Just had to do everything you did to my savana. Body shop wanted over 15 thousand, I fixed mind for about 1000 dollars. Didn't replace the bumper it was good enough

You got lucky. I'm having to replace everything you're doing, plus the lower radiator support. Also the left hand side of the frame was pushed back 2" and up 3". Pulled the frame forward and pulled it down. Fun stuff!

So I noticed on the other videos, you dry sand from 400 grit to 800 grit... does the clear blend over the 800 or is there another step afterwards???
