@@MrDextrator the demanding setting is mainly ubersampling. Leave that off, and the game runs fine on even lower spec machines, these days

This game felt like game of thrones. Letho was a fucking savage. The final part of the game was amazing and packed with secrets. I let letho go at the end. Loved how he popped back up in witcher 3 out of nowhere in that 1 mission. Philipa was a good character. I let her live, when she popped up in witcher 3, shit was sad. I almost cried lol.

Just finished this on the hardest level (before the one which you can't continue if you die - which is silly - I tried, and realised my mistake in the tutorial level!). Very engaging story - and some tough fights along the way, [that dragon near the end was a Quen-spammer!] Witcher 3 was a vast improvement on some of the gameplay elements - such as the many invisible walls that got me killed on multiple occasions. But this was a sincere work of art, with really good actors and writing and music and presentation ... and I'm really pleased a lot of the same actors reprised their roles in Witcher 3 ... Geralt, Triss, Zoltan, Dandelion, Phillipa (anyone else?) I also liked the choice of British accents (as always!) The Welsh lady who played Saskia - I should have known that she would turn out to be a dragon! [I didn't even want to fight her - I tried to use Axii on her! (didn't work - should have known, never works on welsh females ...)] King Radovid as an annoying racist Northerner ... perfect. At the end - I decided not to fight Letho. He made some poor choices, but he's right ... he should have killed me ... I was lucky he quit when his health bar was about 50% during that fight ... And - as a Witcher, I've made some questionable choices too ... his only crime was killing utter pricks in charge of whole countries, we have a fair few of them in real life right now. Really good game that adds to the Witcher Lore .. and explains the extreme racism towards magic people in Novigrad in Witcher 3

This game would be a masterpiece. If the damn controls didn't give you arthritis. The controls are the worst I've ever had in a game. Your can't rebind the most used keys to anything useful since you can't use the mouse wheel at all. Your left hand will die playing this game. This game gets the reward for the worst key binding ever!!

I really don’t like Witcher 2, not cos the story I happen to really like it acc but the gameplay and loading screens and the glitches ruined it for me. I kept forcing myself to play it cos I love the Witcher, books and games. But the whole gameplay and UI fucked this game for me, however I did play on Xbox so that could be a big detractor
