That’s a good point! I think it helps that Hell has different types of flames, and the one that hurt Fizz was green. I think he actually did some fire breathing during his show, so fire in general probably doesn’t scare him too much as long as it doesn’t remind him of how he was hurt.

As a person with disability, I think this is gonna be my new favorite episode out of season two. I was always insecure and afraid to be seen as "nothing", as "weak" and I'm usually trying to hid it under the mask of mischeviousness and joking. I truly feel myself only while doing what I love, fullfiling my passions. Much like Fizz only felt really happy when performing. Or just being around the people he loved and cared for. I knew Fizzarolli was hurt by this accident in the circus, but seeing his broken horns just hit me. Physical insecurities are the worst kind. I'm glad that Fizz have found supportive people (or demons) like his friend Blitzø and his mate Ozzie in his life and I love how in the end he isn't afraid anymore to stand up for himself to Mammon. Looking back at my past, I regret that my younger self was too scared and too ashamed to stand up to my bullies a long, long time ago in primary school. I can't belive I went from "not liking Fizz character so much" to relating to his character on such a deep level. Good job, Fizz! ❤❤

In fact, they'll probably relish in this "scandal" because I get the feeling Mammon isn't the most popular Sin, so they'll see it as their own middle finger going up to him. I thinks it's meant to show that there isn't much redeemable about Greed. Lust doesn't preclude love and Gluttony is fun but you can stop yourself if it becomes too much (it also isnt inherently bad, you could be a glutton for hugs and kisses). Greed is wholly selfish and often leads to obsession, so Mammon doesn't really have many redeeming qualities.

Whether it's to a lesser or greater degree, its still a sin according to most doctrines to even be a little prideful or gluttonous or lustful or envious or greedy or wrathful or lazy. It's why there's the whole confession thing in certain parts of Christianity.

Lust is a perversion of the desire to reproduce and to love and can lead you to make people uncomfortable and invade people's space. Gluttony is by definition consuming so much it becomes wasteful. Not just food, but also things like money. Greed is when you desire for material wealth until it's excessive and selfish and at the cost of people. I'm just guessing Ozzie and Bee have better control over themselves.

And because they are all in the same boat they have to organize themselves somehow, which explains the meeting in the trailer. But it seems to be easier than you would think to kill hellspawn like Ars Goetia demons, considering that normal Imps like Striker can get their hands on blessed weaponry. Alastor definitely has the connections to make it happen.

REPOST (Because I would love to know what others think:) What i find funny after increasingly rewatching this episode, is Mammon could’ve easily just picked up the twins since his whole point is to make money, but Mammon wasn’t willing to let Fizz go, because he sold not just through sex toys, but the general audience just loves him as a whole and that sells even more. Plus, as an abuser, Mammon can’t accept his victim standing up to him. He is greedy for money, but he also gets off on being manipulative and cruel. Abusers will never take no for an answer which clearly, Mammon displayed here, destroying his whole venue when he could’ve just continued his business with the twins. I’m wondering if Mammon’s threat isn’t really just Ozzy getting backlash about his announcement of his relationship with Fizz, but a “if i can’t have him, no one can” kind of motive.

I assumed since the competition was so neck and neck, Mammon saw dollar signs for both Fizz *and* the twins, so he didn't want to let either of them go. He was likely going to let the show finish up, then make some kind of announcement that both acts were so good, he's going to use both of them for dolls and merchandise. I saw the opposite: Fizz was reacting to Mammon's explosions by ducking and covering his head, but when Ozzie appeared, Fizz didn't so much as flinch, even though it happened directly behind him. The defiant stance was likely due to Fizz feeling empowered that Ozzie would have his back, but Ozzie didn't go into detail about how far he'd go to protect his little Froggy. Admitting their love was the nuclear button.

Asmodeus and Fizzarolli are the best/cutest/greatest/loving couple that I've seen in the show. I love their bond/relationship. They both deserve each other.
