Was it difficult to get the cowl pieces back into alignment? I’m going to tackle this project next week.

Same here! Got all the gear. Just waiting on the replacement clips for the panels just in case of breakage during pry removal.

Looks like they won’t fit anymore. 6:34 just cut off, not shown. At the end the are not placed correctly. @Rago Fabrication, do they fit?

Hi could you show me how to run the wire
@icantintyou4 жыл бұрын
wth are those cables for? weird

Yeah looked kinda like a rats nest of wiring. Did see another install and liked the channeling under the wiper section since it looks really clean away from any moving or pinching parts as well as the cable routed in the back side of the panel.

@@anavan7 I think he means the metal wiring above the hood. I’m pretty sure those are to help branches go around/over the FJ when going through dense brush.

@@styx312 Oh yeah! Thanks for the clarification. That sounds like a good idea! back to my old comment, Funny thing is that I installed a few things and still have the ditch lights in a box. will have to take another look at multiple installs for the best 'clean' look. FJ Forums still is my go to for step by steps but videos really do help as well.

@@anavan7 I can try and send you a clip of how I ended up routing my wires. I routed just under the wipers and I think it looks clean. I was dumb and overcranked one of the passenger side bolts when installing the bracket and it’s now slightly stripped (whoops). Luckily all the others are snug and I don’t have an issue opening/closing the hood 😅
