FL5 Honda Civic Type R: Drive it or keep miles low to resell

how much will the Honda civic Type R be worth in a few years? Should it be driven? should it be kept in the garage to maintain low miles? This is all speculation at this point but I dive into my thoughts about how this car with hold its residual value.
