I’m from Ohio and the 350 legend is the new popular deer round as we are only allowed to use straight walled cartridges for deer hunting. The round is very accurate with the right scope. I recommend the Winchester 180 grain deer rounds for hunting tho. My brother has killed a boat load of deer with the round and it has no problem taking them down whatsoever

The 350 legend is a beast at like just regular deer hunting. Shot a big body 8-point buck and it ran about 10yds and put a 50 cent piece hole through it. Don’t use for long range. But if its close, it ain’t gonna run very far

Yep the round was made as a straight wall cartridge so that in states that you can’t hunt with neck rounds you can use the 350 legend and it’s a 200 yard gun for hunting would not use farther thin that for hunting

.350 Legend is one of the smallest legal rounds for hunting in certain Midwestern states e.g. Indiana. Great round but it is an apples to oranges comparison with a necked down cartridge like a 5.56 or 7.62x51 (.308 win). Compare a .350 Legend to say a .450 Bushmaster, or any straight walled cartridge for hunting, ballistically anyway. Mini-14 is one of the most under appreciated firearms ever...based on the US M14 which shot the 7.62x51 NATO round. Mini-14 did not see US military service due to bad timing...came out near the end of Vietnam. Gun came out in '73, war ended '75. Was used pretty extensively by law enforcement though and is just an excellent rifle.

The .350 legend is mostly used for deer hunting it’s similar to a .223 but the reason your Mossberg is so small is cause that is the youth model so it’s not meant for adults but I’m sure you could use it this coming deer season! That would be an interesting video!

350 legend is a great all around round made for deer hunting mainly. The super bantam is a youth model and inside the box there are usually spacers to make the stock longer.

350 legend is a good deer round. It was made after the 450 bushmaster as a straight walled rifle cartridge for deer hunting. Pretty flat shooting out to 200.yards or so and able to use in states like michigan where there used to be shotgun only deer zones. It is nice in an AR platform as it uses the same trigger group and buffer tube as a .223. Obviously just needs a new barrel. Definitely a great deer hunting round. Just not the full metal jackets.

Farming is a good thing right now especially where im located eggs went from $1.77 a dozen to $6.43 a dozen just in the past 4 weeks. Luckily I have 30 egg layers and 10 breeders and another 10 meat chickens. I rotate them out and also give away most of the eggs I keep what I will use for breakfast and baking that week and the rest family members or the shelter uses up.

350 legend is a great caliber under 200yards. Might be able to reach 300(pushing it). Super great for deer. Look at it as basically a 223 casing with a 9mm on it. I use mine every year with Winchester deer season xp 150gr and absolutely love it. Can almost find it anywhere(at least where I live). Also be careful shooting fmj on new rifles, can scar the barrel.

The shotgun with the missing bottom piece is normal it's standard for mossberg 500's which that one may be. Comes in handy when it's winter and you are wearing gloves won't as likely get them stuck. Good selection of guns especially for the price. As far as the short rifle it was a bantam anything with the name bantam is basically shorter in length for smaller framed people and or children.

People use rounds like 350 legend and 450 bushmaster in places like lower Michigan where it is a “shotgun only zone”. Despite it being a shotgun only round there is a few rifle rounds that fit in the size requirements to use in lower Michigan deer hunting. To use a rifle round it must be flat sided and under a certain length casing to be legal.

350 Legend was developed in part for deer hunting. It is one of several straight wall rifle rounds that have been developed to give places that are traditionally shotgun only areas a possible alternative. My state started added them to the approved list a couple years ago. Very good for areas where shotguns or rifles like 30-30s are generally used.

The noise you are hearing in the Mossberg pump, is the plug sliding up and down. It is a wooden dowel rod, with a rubber o-ring around it, and it is made with no flapper plat on the bottom. And the choke on the 16ga, is called a polley choke.

Hey flair the 350 legend is a dream to all of the hunters who hunt in a straight wall only state, I actually took mine to West Virginia last gun season and they aren’t a straight wall only state but I am so comfortable with that gun out to about 350 yards, I thought it fit the job nicely and decided to take it a big mature doe came out at about 150 yards and it dropped it in its tracks, also from experience don’t trust online when they say the gun is only effective to about 250 to 300 yards it’s false unless you are hunting a species larger than a deer

The .350 legend was developed for the states that can only shoot straight wall cartridges but not kill your shoulder when you shoot it like the 45-70 does. It’s made for shorter ranges as the straight wall has less velocity. It has a ton of knock down power. It makes a great youth round for deer but I wouldn’t push it past 150-200 yards.

A 350 legend is basically just a strait wall 308 I believe and it was made for deer hunting in spots where you can’t use high power so you would need slugs or strait wall but it’s a lighter strait wall

350 legend is a new cartridge developed by Winchester in the last 5ish years. The casing is based on the 556 casing with a larger neck. Some areas in the US restrict hunting to straight wall cartridges whish is one of the reasons it was developed.

The .350 legend is for states (like mine in Michigan) is a straight walled case that allows someone to use a rifle for hunting in the black powder/shotgun only section of the state. So instead of being limited to a shotgun or black powder rifle to hunt, you can use a .350 legend rifle.

That rattling in the 20 gauge pump is the plug. It may be a plastic coat hanger plug. I’ve had to make a few plugs in my days

Banjo with these older guns are killing me like the plug moving back and forth making noise in the 12 gauge pump then he thought it is supposed to have a closed chamber like an automatic 🤦🏽‍♂️ o Banjo o Banjo 🤣 Thank God you do business over the phone and not in person
