ImJuniperNow I only know how to do it with a Mac, iTunes and Firefox. Install Firefox. Play the clip in KZbin. There's an "mp3" download link, click it. Find the file in Finder, get the info, change the extension to m4a. Open with iTunes and edit the clip to the segment of dialogue you want for the ringtone. Create an AAC version. Delete the file from iTunes, but not from your Mac. Go back to finder and change the extension to m4r. Open with iTunes and the clip will be in the ringtone section of your iTunes. (If you have Windows, I have no idea how to do it.)
