Dude this video was so much more informative and easy to follow than the other videos I've seen. Thanks big time! I just got this pedal and had some confusion around some of the functions. Not anymore!

Straight-to-the-point demonstration = Perfection. Thank you. I plugged my Corrector into my Tascam but I get some weird feedback. But at least now I understand how to use this thing =) 👍

i dont understand how you set the root note for the correction

In your opinion does the 'correction' change the guitar tone at all, and if so how?
@marionsingleton5994 Жыл бұрын
Thanks for sharing info on this voice corrector. As a novice can you tell me what type of hardware I would need to purchase to set this device up? I’d like to put together an out of the boxes set it up and let’s sing experience!

Thanks for watching, friend! It depends on if you're trying to record into a computer, a phone, or if you're trying to play through an amplifier/pa system. All of my recordings are into a cheap mixing board then a Sony voice recorder, I then transfer it to my phone via USB. There are a lot of different ways to go about it but I can chime in

@@nerdebynaturewhat about thru amplifier?
@nerdebynature9 ай бұрын
@@edgardoarroyo7418 you would need an amplifier with an XLR and 1/4" input to be able to control the mix of the guitar and microphone separately. You can set it up to work with both guitar and microphone going thru one output if necessary!

can you use this pedal for voice and guitar together at once?
@nerdebynature Жыл бұрын
Hi there! The guitar signal has its own separate reverb, it does not have access to the delay or the pitch corrector without getting a little tricky with your setup like I did here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/oWeUY4WPhNp2a68

@David Greer thank you... So i can just include this pedal on my pedalboard chain , i will look more on it

Would’ve loved to hear the correction feature on the guitar.
@nerdebynature Жыл бұрын
Thanks for checking out the video! the pitch correction is designed for vocals, but I did screw around with it and posted a video of the guitar going through the vocal processor. This video had pretty low volume, I can try to do another demonstration of this soon with hopefully a better output! kzbin.info/www/bejne/oWeUY4WPhNp2a68&feature=share7

just got this thing to run through an amp but never used this type of ac-dc adapter. do you know how i plug it in for power supply?
@hardwickmusic Жыл бұрын
it’s a 9v 1.5a
@nerdebynature Жыл бұрын
It should come with the appropriate power supply. If it didn't you just need a 9v with at least 500mA. With pedals extra mA will not hurt it but too low and it won't function, extra "v" will fry most pedals. If I'm not understanding your question right let me know.

@@nerdebynature thanks for the response. i have the 9v 1.5a but it’s not like a normal standard plug that you’d normally plug into the wall for power supply. i’ve never seen this type of plug before. i’m wondering if it needs an adapter to be able to plug into a standard wall outlet?
@nerdebynature Жыл бұрын
@@hardwickmusic chances are you were sent one with a power supply for a different region/country? I know it has happened to me using AliExpress before. You can buy the appropriate one on Amazon for anywhere from $5 to $20. Maybe you can get a partial refund or just the right part sent from wherever you bought it?

Hey great video. So for guitar is only the reverb, you can't add delay?
@nerdebynature Жыл бұрын
Yes the guitar signal only goes through the reverb. There is a way around this but it is not designed to use the guitar with the corrector/delay side.
@MarioZero Жыл бұрын
@@nerdebynature ok thanks for the response

@@MarioZero I have a video where I demonstrated this using another Flamma vocal pedal, but any guitar pedal that had an XLR out, like a D.I. box would work! kzbin.info/www/bejne/oWeUY4WPhNp2a68

My immediate thought is, auto tune the guitar!

Oh man! I have a 1/4 inch to XLR to hook my mic in through regular guitar pedals, but now I want to buy the reverse to try running the guitar through the xlr in!
