The 8” roller is great because it doesn’t flex like the larger cheapo ones, and the hand crank is much closer (plus the 4 handles) is easier to use by yourself. It is all most of us need since we are usually doing edge work, rather than trying to reach deep into a panel. Plus, using a tipping die with a hard bottom roller is the way to go if you want a crisp bend. Using the soft lower roller will move the metal faster but will round over the bend.

Thanks for that insight. I’m going to start working with that bead roller again soon.

Best make those things tight. Keep that burnout smoke out of the cockpit.

In the event of a burnout, oxygen masks will deploy. Calmy put your mask on, then hang your arm out the window like you're whipping a horse and yell "giddyup."

Keep going. A following will grow as you continue the quality workmanship. Would a jam nut help to stabilize the adjuster of your Eastwood bead roller?

I’ll replace the adjuster with something with more threads. It’s a little rinky dink. Thanks very much for contributing to the channel. I’m glad you’re here. Lots more Charger stuff ahead.
