- 9x front fold slide from plank
- 9x reverse plank slide from crunch
- 9x straddle closes (on back)
- both sides 9x side plank leg lifts
Main Set:
- 3x dragging flare kicks
- 3sets 3x dragging circle flares
Repeat main set (if learning flare for first time) OR repeat other side (if you already know flare one side)
Cooldown:
- 9x front circle traces
