In the end it has been a reminder of the ultimate battle in life, when u are asked to never give up to save your child, a friend, your sibling, your parent or your partner. Sometimes IT Is difficult to accept, when ur loved one don't see any reason to change something, even when he lost everything. And when u feel like u fight with all your heart bc that's what true love does and yet it is not even enough to stood a chance of saving your loved one.

Kordax living again and gets killed in 10 seconds is the reason why Randall Boggs being the main antagonist of Monsters, Inc. makes more sense than Kordax being the main antagonist of Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom.

People are not realising this but Kordax did fight Aquaman through black manta and orm to free himself so I don’t know why people would say they wasted him cause he just got freed and killed at the same time. Kordax did fight Aquaman through blackmanta and orm as VESSELS and PUPPETS. And the struggle was there when Aquaman was fighting Orm.

Even ignoring that, the way it was done is just such classic Hollywood slop: ultimate villain does a "cool move" by catching the trident, only to be too stunned by his own coolness to move even an inch during the 10 seconds he had to do literally anything other than stand there staring at his own trident in amazement at his own coolness factor.

The ending is so disapointing ! They lost a good opportunity to make a memorable ending... it was all there ! Orm should've took the black trident, bring it to the lost king (Cordax), but at the last second when he was to given it...run the trident through Cordax's heart and brake the curse of the Kingdom ! Aquaman saying his usual "Shit" because he don't know what will happen next. But finally, like Orm is redeem the Lost kingdom will be redeem too (the people are just skin and bones like Orm was in the prison)... but Orm has the chance to save the Kingdom. Aquaman don't want to fight with his brother to take back the trident because it will led to a mortal combat. And of course for the future he will always have to keep an eye on his brother... cause now he's redeem but the black trident is not really a trusty one (Orm could became a vilain again or something like that in the future). So that is my resume of a way better ending ! But it would have made Orm the principal caracter of the movie I think and you don't want to put Aquaman in the shade for a movie call Aquaman !
