Just that the writings were written in a literal sense. Now I'm sure that he does believe that it's true. But that's not the point that he made. You changed it to that.

The stars rotate counter-clockwise around Polaris in the northern hemisphere and clockwise in the southern hemisphere with no particular star at its focal point, this is impossible on the flat earth. Also, if the earth was flat, we should be able to see the same stars in the northern and southern hemispheres but we don’t. The Coriolis effect circulates air in opposite cardinal directions in each hemisphere, if the earth was flat they should move in the same direction. We visually see a sharp horizon line, especially when looking out towards the ocean. Object moving further away disappear into the horizon from the bottom up while objects coming toward us appear from top down. If the earth was flat, there would not be a sharp horizon line and objects should be wholly visible up to a point the atmospheric density obscures our vision. There’s so many other examples of ways to debunk flat earthers. 😂

The Hebrew word used in the Isaiah passage is "chug". Chug is a primitive root for the word "compass', like drawing compass. Chug is translated as "circle" in this passage, because it's describing the circle of the horizon. In another passage, it's used like this- "He has inscribed a circle on the waters". Chug- Definition: to draw around, make a circle That passage is not saying that Earth is a flat disc. It's referring to the horizon, just like in Greek how "Horizon" is related to a word meaning "bounding circle". My guess is he'll also refer to the one that says the land is like the potter's seal. A potter's seal is used to identify the creator of the piece. And the symbolic usage of a potter's seal is certainly meaningful to Christianity. That's the point of the potter's seal, not the shape of it.
