Flatbread Dough

Pizza dough works just as well. 1 cup warm water, 1 env. yeast, 1 teasp sugar, let yeast foam; add 2 1/2 cups AP flour, 1 teasp. salt, 1 tbsp olive oil mix all. Let dough rise for 20 minutes. w/oily hands flatten dough onto pizza pan or regular pan, just poke holes all around it before baking. preheat oven 400 and bake until golden brown. Cut into squares!

OK, measurements, if i had to guess, that is a 4 cup measuring cup, so looks like half a cup of water, however, if your wrong, you can add more water or flour, as for the other stuff, its "some". Just look at the dishes, it is not so much important how much sugar and yeast, just look at the kind of dish and guess. These guys have obviously been cooking so long they got to the point where they just know. Personally, I really like the video. It taught me, making bread is a pain in the butt, i would rater visit their restaurant. And for OUR restaurant in St. Louis, Mo, I probably should by the premade froze flatbread. Mostly because we have a huge Italian population it could out cook this Irish guy 10 to one when it comes to the backing. So we will make burlesque shows. Great job guys and good luck as this is being written during the lockdown in St. Louis of the Corona Virus early stages. Looks stupid-good-delicious, make me want to make a special trip to taste your stuff.
