Love the vids mate, when are you doing the hawksbury flattys again!?! if you can try Vegetable oil next time as it cooks at a higher temp vs olive so less burn in your pan

I really respect that you come all the way from the country to the coast, in order to chase flatties. I do the exact opposite, to chase cod. That metery flatty isn’t far away
