Awesome watch mate. Keen for the upcoming cod trip vid. And the fatty fishing, don’t do much salt water fishing myself as it’s a fair trip to the coast. But keen to watch

Bait Rlgn website mate. They are the Australian distributor and have plenty of stock

Great vid, as always. Hope the overnighter went well and I look forward to watching that vid once it hits the Tube! Completely agree, love the 6.2-inch minnows from Daiwa for chasing river cod. However, I think if Daiwa made an 8 and a 10 inch version of that same lure it would be dynamite on lake cod and would definitely sell well

Hey Jakko, great video, when you go on overnighters hiking into a spot do you take a small gas cooker like a jetboil? do you have any recommendations? Cheers
@JakkoDavis2 күн бұрын
Hey mate, depends what’s on the menu. Sometimes I’ll take the jetboil for coffees and dehydrated meals but I mostly just cook straight on the fire and just take a small collapsible grill

how do you rate the DRT joker vs the koolabung codwalker?
@JakkoDavis23 күн бұрын
Both great lures that work. Joker casts better and hookup is better as well so I lean towards it these days
@georgekolls943123 күн бұрын
@@JakkoDavis Surprised you say that the hook up rate of the joker is better the koolabung given the size of the joker. Im just waiting for a restock on them and will be getting my hands on one. Have you had a chance to throw the 86 baits deadringer?
@DimitriGustavo24 күн бұрын
Good to see you getting back to basics, mate. I love the look on Ziggy’s face when you hooked up to a few, she was like, “yep, he’s into another one, I’ve seen this before!”

I’m enjoying the beer reviews mate & the look on your face when you sip em 🤣 a Pilsner is a euro style hoppy lager when you said creamy peroni that’s actually a good explanation of a Pilsner, I love Pilsner’s !! Good fishin as always too mate. What’s your go too cod rod these days mate ?

@richardmason909725 күн бұрын
It's not that I don't agree with you. I was asking how it wrecked fishing. Basically it's an evolution of sounder technology. The transducer is angled or horizontal rather than vertical. Side scan did exactly what you mentioned. People drive about till they find fish. Much like traditional sounders. Isn't it like sight fishing? Where one sees the fish first then casts at it?
