Horizon Lunar Colony is my most hated map in any game I've ever played. Whenever I get Horizon I take it as a personal attack from the game. Horizon is the only map where I actually left games a few times just because of the map. Compared to Horizon even Paris feels like Kings Row to me. If I had to put it on a tier list, I'd buy a seperate pc, make a tier list just with Horizon, make as many tiers as possible, naming the last one Horizon, then not put Horizon on the list, delete the map like you did with Paris and burn the computer because the map still was on screen for more than a second. Yes, I hate Horizon THAT much, how could you tell?

@@PurpleMoon799 It's a lot like Colosseo where there are fundamental problems. First point was easier to hold then last point, especially originally. Offense had better and more accessible highgrounds then the defense had. Defending last point just felt really off when you played it which poisoned the well for it. Attacking it though was fine.

Yep! My preferences are quite similar! For me, Kings Row, eichanwalde, Hollywood, hanamura, Gibraltar, lijang, and maybe numbani are my favorites! Good stuff, man! I like the city section of Busan as it's really fun and filled with detail, but the other sections of it, eh idk. Wish we had some more koth maps maybe. Overall, not bad! 😁👍🏻

truth to be told, we (my premade) used to loathe paris and horizon, but once we realized you just need to speed boost left (on both maps), we usually win this shit. we still dont like em, but at least we usually win in our SR bracket

Anubis is bad. Fundamentally from a map design lens looking through, there is very little difference in the first chokes in Paris and Temple. They're both 1 small entrance, anubis has marginally more cover depending which way you go but technically speaking it's still very similar to Paris imo.

2nd point is the only real problem with the map but its bad enough to ruin the whole thing. the defense has access to high ground and the offence doesn't. the high ground is so large and looks over the entirety of 2nd all the way through. from the moment you are at the entrance choke to the very end of 2nd the defense has the highground and can see you no matter where you are. and again, the offense has no tools at their disposal to combat this.

Got some major disagreements on there. Largely due to being metal rank player. Hanamura first choke, grav or shatter 5 people, both my dps and the ana reloading for 6 seconds straight. Not sure how a hanzo gets to do that, though. That choke just fucking sucks bro. Also, to me hollywood is a rein map. One of the few maps i actually play main tank. Got a whole bunch of people convinced to call it Höhliwood, because i dont loose on that map unless enemy team gets a sweaty smurf. Worst case being a 0-0 draw.

They are pros, bpth of them have made top 2 multiple times. They know positioning and LoS (Line of Sight) They know a good comp for a certain map. So putting Most koth maps below B is a fair take for THEM not for you. Everyone has their opinion.
