I must say right off the bat I love your content I have been inshore fishing my whole life (40+ years) but I have learned a ton watching your show. I tried the Ned rigs for the first time last winter here on the Alabama gulf coast and had great success. I would say the trout trick bait was one I found one of the most successful. But that micro shrimp looks killer definitely going to give that one a try.

Going this week at some point. In SE Georgia. I’ll be using all your tips that I’ve been writing down. Hope to put some fish in the boat.

Thanks for sharing Capt….this is brilliant with so much detail articulated. Have used the 2.5” and 3” slim swimz much as you describe to catch some so many trout in winter on super light gear….they do almost as good as the 3” or 3.5” keitech easy shiner that has all the scent, a small slim profile and bit more action (silver flash minnow) but lasts more than 2 fish compared to Z man’s elaztech 😂

Where I fish I hook into near 40 inch snook from time to time so I’m so scared to use light setups lol

Do you prefer spinning tackle over the LTS? If so, I'd be curious to hear your thoughts as to why
@flatsclasschartersКүн бұрын
I love the LTS style personally but swinging micro lures is definitely much easier on ML spinning gear!
@jnorman975Күн бұрын
@ gotcha. So what are you using the LTS for mostly? Moreso heavier finesse stuff?

I didn't make myself clear. I was referring to the Z-Man Scented ShrimpZ.

Yes, I have used the scented version and they are a great choice for all-around fishing 👍🏼

That 2.5 shrimp with it being weedless is AWESOME! It does catch everything. Blk. Drum reds flounder . Fitness bullets are the Best 2 use with them. That watermelon red. Is the color. I use it all the time.

That goby bait probably gets eaten for a little lizardfish a lot of times I bet. Fish have been eating a lot of lizardfish this fall in my area.

You know I bet you’re correct sir!

Do you ever use the scented shrimp from Z-man? I have had good success in Biscayne Bay on it. (Flounder, Trout, Reds & even Bonefish).

Yes and I actually apply the Pro Cure Scents to many of Zman’s unscented lure profiles… very effective. Thanks for commenting and liking the content my friend.
